We have been using Globe Centrix for Chart Prep for the past 7 months. This position was new with Globe Centrix but they were very excited to find the perfect fit for us. We have 13 locations and 35 providers and upon first discussion of this, there was some hesitancy on our side as it was a completely different workflow for us. I can say without a doubt it has been the best decision for our organization. Everyone with Globe Centrix have been amazing to work with from the screening process, training, bi-weekly check ins and to any adjustments we needed to make, etc. Since the original employee with chart prep started with us, we have now added 4 more in the same position and have also added a few on our billing team. The communication and flexibility is more than we could ever ask for and I am excited for our continued partnership!

What I think that stands out about Globe Centrix, is that they lift the veil of secrecy about the staff assigned to our clinic. It is the sense of partnership they develop with their clients that differentiates Globe Centrix from the others. I have a close relationship with their CEO, their operations manager, and their staff on the floor. I know their names, direct phone numbers, and backgrounds. They take our feedback and quickly adapt to our processes. They truly are OUR EXTENDED TEAM overseas. They genuinely care about our patients and our priorities.
